In the „dog-sport “ lies the roots of our business. Sport-dogs are also another welcome alternation within our training-business today. Because the training for sport-dogs differs completely adjudic- ated from the training of our Service Dogs.
Almost all of our trainers and helpers have already made dog-sports to their hobby.They have been able to combine their hobby to an occupation so to speak.
Our sport-dogs and their teams have achieved in the course of the last 20 years very many successes. Top ranks could always be covered within national and international championships.
The manageress of the Securatec GmbH & Co KG, Mrs. Sandra Weitkamp, already began her athletic career with the age of 13, and could enter many dog-sport competitions with much success.
In order to name only some: 8x County Champion- ship, 2x County Masters, 5x participations in the National Championship (from it once place 3), 2x participations in the German Championship and participation in the Federal-winner-examination with very good placement.
Her husband, Mr. Martin Weitkamp, began with the age of 18 with the training of dogs. He was active for many years in the DVG (German Federation for working dogs) as protection-service-helper. Among other things, Mr. Weitkamp was involved in many dog sport competitions for the DVG, like Club-Examinations, German Championship, County- Winner-Examinations, National-Examinations, FCI-Qualifications to the World-Championship.
Over the years, Sport Dogs of different breeds like German Shepherds, Rottweiler and Malinois were trained and introduced from us very successfully into dog-sports.
